Writing Editorials is a six-week, 30 lesson unit for middle school students that follows the writing process; from brainstorming to organizing information, drafting, revising, editing, conferencing, and publishing.

The unit offers teachers web-based tools to assign and receive student work and to monitor student progress. At the end of the unit, just like real writers, students will be able to see published work in an e-magazine.
